What are Hemat Credits?
Hemat Credits are promotional loyalty credits used only as discounts at participating merchants.
Can they be cashed out?
No. Hemat Credits are not cash, not e-money, and are not withdrawable.
How is membership paid?
Currently the flow is manual: upload transfer or QRIS proof, then the membership is activated after verification.
Can merchants limit redemption?
Yes. Merchants can set their own redemption limits, subject to configured daily limits.
